The California Arts Council offers over-the-phone interpretation and written translation services upon request
in the following languages:

  • Mandarin
  • Japanese
  • Hmong

    People who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, have difficulty speaking, or who are Deaf Blind may dial 711 to reach the California Relay Service (CRS). Large print is available upon request. Contact Accessibility Coordinator Jason Jong at jason.jong@arts.ca.gov for assistance.
