The California Arts Council is a member of the coalition that is endorsing, supporting and assisting in the plan to create the Southern California Arts Responder Network to help local arts communities recover from the effects of disasters. This is a pilot which is hoped eventually to go statewide. It is planned that California’s will be the first statewide network for arts emergency preparedness.
